Maria Arreola has a vision for her site and operates as a transformational leader. She strives to bring the best staff to her site and works to develop their strengths and skills. Her strengths as a leader include strong collaborator, positive communicator, great organizational skills, effective time management, productive multi-tasking and building positive relationships with all stakeholders. She is professional, respectful and is a good role model for adults and students. Maria has a proven track record of providing effective leadership with a diverse staff, parents and the community. She has energized her parents and has a very engaged parent teacher association. She quickly built positive relationships and maintains contact through her effective communication skills. She is committed to all students in Moreno Valley Unified School District, she is always there to greet them with a big smile at the beginning of each day and say goodbye at the end of each day.
